Prior to my healing journey, I suffered from deep-seated anger, fatigue, depression, and anxiety that blocked my ability to feel safe in my body.

For as long as I can remember I was secretly angry, bitter, and disconnected. I wore a mask for others to see happy bubbly Ellyn for so many years and in a strange way was in denial of just how angry I actually was. I’ve made mistakes and hurt people close to me because of my need for love and attention. I essentially lost the important connections in my life, which made me feel even more unloved and unwanted. The pain got so unbearable that I almost attempted to kill myself.

When I chose to stay alive, I sought help and after years of endless therapy I just gave up. 

Fast forward 14 years, the anger never went away and finally reared its head in the many explosions I’ve had from being triggered. Everything was a trigger. I got to the point where I almost lost my marriage.

I spent years trying to spiritually bypass my healing journey and was on a constant search for the magic pill to fix me. I tried Reiki, positive thinking (even though I felt something totally different) meditations, inner child work, and lots of other energy healing methods but I still felt the same. 

It wasn’t until I discovered what I call now the Gateway Life Lessons™ that made my transformation easier and less painful.

I was born with healing gifts that I never fully appreciated until I stopped trying to be someone else.  When I understood what lessons I needed to learn, I stepped fully in my power, my gratitude, and began co-creating with the Divine- that’s when my world changed.

Since my transformation, (this is feedback coming from my husband), I don’t have anger outbursts and am able to tolerate his criticisms (these triggered me a lot before). I changed my habits, I changed my story, and I can see life with totally different lenses than I did before.

I’ve transitioned from feeling like a victim to a warrior and now am embodying my divinity, accessing my inner wisdom and living with more ease and flow.

One morning in March of 2023, I woke up to a profuse banging at my door at 4am while my phone was going off. I missed the unknown caller but then found 3 police officers standing at my doorstep.  As soon as I saw them, I knew that my husband has killed himself and said- please tell me that andrey is ok. They proceeded with asking me if I and my son were ok and then told me that they found my husbands body deceased in a field. Dropping down to the floor in shock that I was entered into this nightmare, I suddenly felt numb with no idea how I was going to continue on without him. From despair, grief, guilt, and anger, I found myself immersed in emotional struggles that tested my resolve like never before. 

Within the 4th month of his death, I illuminated years of anguish utilizing my own Quantum Enlightenment System, despite the common belief of grief’s never-ending cycle. This loss was the one experience that taught me the true lesson of unconditional love, which is also one of the 7 Life Lessons I teach about. This experience has made me strengthen the connection with myself and has opened the door to my mediumship abilities. In this loss, I was able to claim wisdom and enlightenment and I continue to thrive in strength and empowerment. 

Now, my goal is to support others as they embark on their  journey by clearing any self-doubt, limiting beliefs, past traumas, and generational patterns. In doing so they will be able to transcend fear, express their authentic inner self, feel liberated and joyful, and step into the realm of living their most authentic expression of their sovereign self.
